For certain forms there is a choice for “editable PDF” which allows you to fill-in the form on your computer and then print it. You are responsible for completing the form per instructions and printing the necessary copies for filing. The information is not transmitted electronically to any location. Note: The editable PDF forms are “savable” to your own computer if you have a version of Acrobat (8.0) or higher. The free version of Acrobat Reader does not allow you to save your completed forms to your computer.
